With a new month and a new season comes new beauty trends and products. As usual, my mind is a lot more optimistic than my wallet is, and I can usually only dream of the products I wish I could go out and buy – but sadly I have rent to pay! Here’s some of my favourite items for my Spring Wishlist!
- The Urban Decay Afterglow Highlighter in shade ‘Sin’
I saw VelvetGh0st aka Gabby raving about how shiny this was in a recent first impressions video. I only own a few highlighters, the powders in the Anastasia Beverly Hills contour palette, a collection one and my Makeup Forever on – So I am yet to own a proper, alone highlight!
2. Rimmel Kate Sculpting Palette
First of all, it’s in rose gold packaging, omg. The shades in this look BEAUTIFUL and it’s only £6.99…so if I spend my money wisely, I may be able to treat myself to this. It’s three products in one and I can see this being incredibly popular.
3. The Urban Decay Gwen Stefani Palette
Now I know this one has been out for ages, but I can’t help but drool over it’s beauty every time I see it being used in a video or a blog post. I love how different the colours are – it’s the perfect mix of adventurous shades and classic nudes.
4. Too Faced – Better Than Sex Mascara
Another one which I’m late to the party with. I’ve had my eye on purchasing this when I’ve used up a few of my go-to mascaras. I do have quite a few on the go, and can’t really justify buying another yet!
5. Zovea Rose Golden Brush Set
Whenever people use my bathroom they often comment something like ‘how many brushes do you need?!’ or ‘got enough brushes?’ – personally, I don’t think I’ve got enough!! Now, like most bloggers, I’ve got a slight obsession with rose gold. It’s at that point where a lot of people say ‘I saw something rose gold and thought of you’. So it’s quite obvious that these brushes have made it onto my all time wishlist. Zoeva have SUCH an amazing reputation, and I have yet to try them. Maybe when I’ve got a decent job…
6. Smashbox – Photo Angle Pure Pigment Gel Liner – Black
I’m a fan of a liquid eyeliner look, which is fairly obvious for those of you know know me, and the look of this product makes me want it straight away. It reminds me, visually, a lot of the push up liner by Benefit, which I couldn’t get on with, so I’d love to try this one!
